Rental Terms
Terms and Conditions of Booking
1) Bus Service Reservation
Reservation must be made by fax or e-mail.
You must check the details carefully and notify us immediately of rental errors or changes.
2) Terms of Payment
The payment of the rental is due within 7 days from the date of departure. For reservation made within 7 days from the rental payment shall be made at the time of booking.
3) Payment Method
We accept payment by bank transfer, cash or credit card(VISA/MASTERCARD). To pay by credict card is necessary to communicate the card number, the expiration date, the holder’s name and his address also send a photocopy of the holder by fax or e-mail with an authorization the charge for the amount agreed upon.
4) Cancellation charge
In case of cancellation must be given immediate communication by telephone and written later.
Penalities:
- More than 07 days from the departure = NO charge
- Less than 07 days, but more than 24 hours from the departure = 50% amount of rental
- Less than 24 hours from the departure = 100% amount of rental
5) Additional charge for program changes
There are no charges for minor modifications to the program. If the changes significantly modify the journey we can apply charge. The decision if the change are minimal o not is at the company discretion.
6) Charges for extension service
Each fraction of hours in excess of the estimated time of rental will be charged according to rates reported.
7) Complaints
In the event of a complaint regarding our service, this should be reported immediately to our offices or representatives who will try to resolve it.If the problem Is not resolved satisfactorily for you, you can made a detailed written complaint.
8) Our Responsability
We will provide the service as specified in the confirmation and we will be able for any acts or omissions of our employees. If, after reasonable delays attributable to the company, is not completed the panned program we will refund the total or part of the rental.
9) We are not responsible for:
- Injury, death, sickness of transported excep it is causad by a company member
- Delay due to trafic condiction or bad weather
- Theft of transported things.
10) Insurance Policy
All our vehicles are insubre by Fondiaria-SAI spa with an insurance policy that has a limit of at least of € 12 911 422,48 to cover the passengers. You are covered with this insurance on our vehicle travelling for demage to persons o property during trasport.
THIS IS NOT A TRAVEL ISURANCE
Our vehicles are monthly checked by authorized workshops and annually check by Ministry of Transport. In the case of bus break we will repair or replace the vehicle as soon as possible. The company is not responsible for any inconvenience due to the consequence of a failure.
The agreement on a rental constitutes on the acceptance of the terms above.
Carriege Conditions
1) Animals
Pet can not be transported without a permit from the company. Guide dogs are accepted by the company but you have to told us before the date of hire.
2) Smoking
Smoking is not permitted under any circumstances on our buses.
3) Seat belts
All our buses are equipe with safety belts on all seats and there is mandatory for all to tie it.
4) Driving Hours
- Daily driving hours: 9 hours maximum, separated by 45 minutes of rest every 4 hours and 30 minutes of driving
- Daily rest period: 11 consecutive hours in 24 hours, that can be reducing to 9 consecutive hours for 3 days per week, however to recuperate the following week.
If the driver not observe this rules he can loss two points on his driver license and in THE STOP OF THE BUS ON THE SPOT.
The agreement on a rental service constitutes on accept of all the terms above.
